Malossi Digitronic – ECU Electronic Unit (Manufacturer's reference: 5519647)

An ECU unit designed for 2T 50 cc, the Malossi Digitronic offers variable advance ignition and SAS valve management for more controlled engine response. Designed to replace the original ECU, it features rethought mappings and a raised rev limit of 15,000 rpm.

• Variable advance ignition: three-dimensional mapping with linear interpolation (16 speed points × 8 temperature points).
• SAS valve management: control of secondary air supply according to a 16×8 mapping to compensate for carburetor non-linearity, reduce emissions, and improve engine behavior.
• Rev limiter: 15,000 rpm.
• Plug & play: compatible with original sensors and actuators, intended to replace original ECUs marked 5WX-00 with an 8-pin connector.
• Ready-to-use calibrations: mappings and fine adjustments provided by Malossi for quick installation.
