Features

AXP Adventure PHD 8mm Skid Plate for Yamaha 700 Ténéré World Raid (ref. AX1634): a protection designed for raids and off-road outings. Made from 8 mm thick HDPE (high-density polyethylene), this skid plate follows the lines of the motorcycle while protecting the chassis, the linkage, the side stand sensor, and the engine cases. Announced weight: 3.1 kg, which is up to 30–40% lighter than a comparable aluminum skid plate.

HDPE minimizes impact noise and vibrations compared to an aluminum skid plate, providing a quieter riding experience and simplified maintenance. Its shape protects exposed areas during rocky passages or technical zones, without adding weight to the machine.

Note: not compatible with most crash bars on the market without modifications. The installation of a center stand is possible but requires small cuts at the rear of the skid plate. Mounting is valid only on Yamaha Ténéré 700 World Raid.
