Enduro Engine Guard - PHD 6mm by aXp

Thermoformed engine guard made from high-density polyethylene, designed to fully protect the underside of the engine and the frame during off-road use. Its one-piece design and original mounting kit make installation easy without drilling, while providing lightweight and durable protection.

Design and Materials

• High-density polyethylene with a thickness of 60/10°, cut, heat-formed, and welded for a robust and enveloping structure
• Manufactured by thermoforming in a single piece to effectively cover the underside of the engine, side casings, and frame

Usage and Performance

• Complete protection of the engine and frame to limit the risk of damage during descents or impacts with obstacles
• Does not retain impacts, ensuring dimensional stability after repeated shocks
• 40% lighter than aluminium (thickness 4mm) to reduce added weight without sacrificing protection
