Features

AXP Skid Plate - HDPE 6mm (Manufacturer Ref: AX1802)

Designed for aggressive off-road use, this AXP skid plate made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) at 6 mm effectively protects the engine cases, engine, and water pump from debris and impacts encountered in motocross and supercross. HDPE offers superior shock absorption compared to aluminium: it flexes, returns to its shape, and limits vibrations while remaining significantly lighter (approximately 30–40% weight saving compared to metal).

Material: HDPE (high-density polyethylene)
Thickness: 6 mm
Colour: Black
Weight: 0.85 kg
Mounting: quick attachment with two screws at the front; screws and components included
Usage: motocross / supercross

This skid plate is only compatible with Honda CRF450R and CRF450RX — please check the model year before ordering as the reference is not compatible with all years. Ideal for protecting your bike during rocky passages, whoops, and jumps, it integrates with the frame to limit impact entry.

Note: off-road riding involves significant risks and constraints. AXP products enhance protection and durability but do not guarantee total protection against all damage. AXP disclaims any liability for impacts or improper use.
