Pro Crankcase Protection by MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS (manufacturer ref: PX1505). Designed for Enduro and Cross practices, this high-density polyethylene (HDPE) engine guard effectively protects the frame and crankcases from impacts, debris, and abrasion encountered on trails and in competition.

The HDPE used is a technical thermoplastic, thermoformed and then welded to maintain a resilient and flexible shape. With a thickness of 6 mm, the guard offers enhanced protection without adding unnecessary weight: it is approximately 40% lighter than an equivalent aluminium part, preserving the bike's manoeuvrability and rider feel. Its flexibility helps absorb shocks and limit vibrations and rattles that can be bothersome on rough terrain.
