Pro Sump Guard — MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS (Manufacturer's ref: PX1687)

Designed for enduro and motocross enthusiasts, this Pro engine guard made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) combines strength and lightness. Thermoformed and then welded, its thickness of 6 mm provides solid protection for the frame and casings against stone projections, roots, and repeated impacts on trails.

Material: HDPE (high-density polyethylene) — flexible and impact-resistant.
Thickness: 6 mm for good mechanical resistance without excess weight.
Weight: Approximately 40% lighter than a comparable aluminium guard, to maintain agility and handling.
Finish: Matt black, discreet and resistant to UV and abrasion.
Installation: Fitting hardware and installation instructions included — quick installation on most enduro/motocross frames.

The flexible design minimises unwanted noise (vibrations and rattling) while withstanding the stresses of rough terrain. Ideal for modern 450 machines used off-road (e.g. YAMAHA YZ 450 F 2026, FANTIC XXF 450 2025, YAMAHA WR 450 F 2026). Check compatibility with your model before installation.
