Features
Fork Spring Moose Offroad Hard - Parts, manufacturer reference 435-470-52. Spring designed for offroad applications (enduro, motocross): made from high-quality chrome-silicon wire, engineered to withstand the stresses of severe road and off-road forks.
- Construction: cold wound then heat treated and tempered for dimensional stability.
- Finish: shot peened, ground ends, and polished for a smooth surface and reduced internal friction.
- Pre-set and ground: length and spring rate adjusted before polishing; each spring is laser engraved with its spring rate and part number.
- Standard: manufactured according to DIN2095 grade 1 standard.
- Type: fork spring, sold individually.
Complete manufacturing process (cold winding, heat treatment, tempering, shot peening, end grinding, polishing) to ensure industrial finish and repeatability of spring rate characteristics. This spring is aimed at riders and preparers looking for a robust and traceable part for their offroad chassis.
Often used on recent enduro/motocross models — examples of affected machines: KTM EXC-F 500 Sixdays (2026), GAS-GAS EC 500 F (2026), HUSQVARNA FE 501 Heritage (2025). Check mechanical compatibility with your fork before installation.
