HINSON Clutch Friction Plate Kit — Manufacturer's ref: FP196-8-001

Designed for demanding riders, this HINSON friction plate kit combines quality and experience gained in championships by numerous factory teams and top riders (Eli Tomac, Ken Roczen, Cooper Webb, Tim Gajser, Jeffrey Herlings, Jeremy Seewer, Chase Sexton, Joey Savatgy). Intended for the Quad and Motocross universes, it offers precise throttle feel and consistent grip for acceleration and recovery phases.

• Optimal grip with minimal heat build-up for predictable behaviour in intensive use.
• High production tolerances and flatness for uniform wear and play-free installation.
• Fibre plates made from non-abrasive organic materials to limit the risk of internal wear if particles circulate in the oil.
• Developed to complement HINSON baskets, inner hubs, and pressure plates, while remaining compatible with many original parts (check specific models).
• Manufactured to specifications close to original with high-quality materials.

Ideal for those seeking a responsive and reliable clutch on muddy terrain or tight bumps. Check compatibility with your model (e.g. YAMAHA YZ 250 2026, FANTIC XX 250 2026, FANTIC XEF 450 RALLY 2024) before installation.
