Moose Offroad Hard-Parts — Throttle Cable (manufacturer part no: 45-1208)

Black throttle cable designed for off-road and enduro practices. Built to last and provide a progressive feel at the throttle grip, this cable combines a flexible vinyl/PVC sheath and a finely wound steel core to limit compression and maintain precise lever action.

Sheath: Vinyl/PVC outer for flexibility and durability
Core: Wound steel for low compression rates
Inner sleeve: Pre-lubricated nylon for smooth sliding
Material standards: Moulded UV-resistant EPDM rubber, POM injected components
Finish: Flat, robust, and tear-resistant (flared ends before moulding)

Ideal for replacing the original cable on many classic enduros — notably the HONDA XR 250 R (ME06) 1993‑1995 — this cable installs easily on most standard housings. Designed to withstand the rigours of the terrain (mud, vibrations, UV), it offers material reliability without unverified technical claims.
