Moose Offroad Hard Throttle Cable - Parts (ref. 45-1192)

Designed for quads, this black throttle cable offers a discreet matte finish and a construction tailored for off-road use. The outer sheath made of PVC/vinyl combines flexibility and abrasion resistance, while the finely coiled steel inner core limits compression for reliable throttle grip operation. The pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve ensures smooth sliding and reduces wear, allowing for jerk-free throttle movement.

The cable ends are flared before the terminals are moulded to enhance pull-out strength, and the moulded EPDM rubber parts provide good UV resistance for increased outdoor longevity. The injected POM components ensure dimensional stability suited to the demands of the terrain.
