Moose Offroad Hard Throttle Cable - Manufacturer Ref. 45-1253

Black acceleration cable designed for quads, built to withstand off-road use. The outer PVC/vinyl sheath provides flexibility and abrasion protection, while the finely wound inner steel cord limits compression for more precise control of the throttle grip. The pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve reduces friction and contributes to smooth cable operation over a travel of 10.8 cm (4-1/4").

  • Sheath: matte black vinyl, length 119.5 cm (47").
  • Internal cable: low compression wound steel.
  • Inner sleeve: pre-lubricated nylon for durability and smooth action.
  • Ends: flared before crimping for better pull-out resistance.
  • Sealing parts: moulded UV-resistant EPDM rubber; high-strength injected POM parts.

This cable is aimed at quad riders looking for a robust and reliable replacement part for throttle control. Suitable for the following models:

  • POLARIS SPORTSMAN 570 SP 4X4 EPS (2017)
  • POLARIS SPORTSMAN 570 4X4 EPS (2017)
  • POLARIS SPORTSMAN 570 4X4 EPS UTE (2016)
