Cylinder Works Top End Set Gasket setRef : CYW00116A / 1019384

CYLINDER WORKS Cylinder Head Gasket (manufacturer part number 23001-G01): a sealing gasket designed for CYLINDER WORKS cylinders. It is engineered to ensure a seal between the cylinder head and the cylinder during repair or engine reassembly on quads. This cylinder head gasket is an essential wear part when replacing a cylinder or performing a complete top-end overhaul.

• Manufacturer part from CYLINDER WORKS, compatible with cylinders of the same brand.
• Ensures the sealing of the combustion circuit and the coolant/oil passages (depending on the setup).
• Essential when replacing a cylinder, resurfacing the cylinder head, or overhauling the engine.
• Size and thickness designed to fit the original tolerances of the top-end.

Compatibility: intended for CYLINDER WORKS cylinders used particularly on certain Yamaha YFZ 450 quads (e.g., 2009 Special Edition, 2012, 2013 models listed as references). Check the cylinder and gasket part numbers before installation to confirm compatibility with your machine.

Installation tips: always replace the gasket when removing the cylinder head, clean and inspect the mating surfaces, and adhere to the torque specifications recommended by the manufacturer during reassembly for a lasting seal.
