Biltwell presents a vintage-style handlebar designed for custom builds and aftermarket installations. Created for classic and custom enthusiasts, this handlebar combines clean lines and robust construction to be integrated into your café racer, bobber, or street tracker project.
- Material: 4130 chromoly seamless tube
- Diameter: 1" (OD)
- Thickness: .120" (≈ 3 mm)
- Bends: made by CNC bender with internal mandrels (mandrel-bent) to limit tube flattening
- Welding: assembly done in TIG for precise welds
- Configuration: non-grooved — suitable for TBW mounts or any installation not requiring a groove
- Usage: intended for aftermarket/custom applications
This handlebar relies on professional manufacturing processes (CNC bending and TIG welding) to provide a reliable base for your build. Its 4130 chromoly section ensures excellent mechanical strength while maintaining the minimalist aesthetic characteristic of the Vintage/Classic worlds.
