BILTWELL 1" Handlebar (manufacturer part no. 6011-1056)

Robust and understated handlebar designed for vintage/classic builds and customs. Made from seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, with a diameter of 1" (25.4 mm) and a wall thickness of .120" (≈3 mm), it combines mechanical strength with a neo-retro look suitable for roadsters and café racers.

Material: seamless 4130 chromoly tubing
Dimensions: 1" OD x .120" thickness
Forming: bends made with internal mandrels on CNC bender to limit flattening
Welding: TIG welded
Usage: aftermarket/custom fabrication
Feature: un-grooved for TBW applications

This handlebar provides a solid base for mounting levers, switches, and grips on a custom setup. Its understated finish allows for the paints or surface treatments you choose to harmonise with your project.
