This Biltwell handlebar in Vintage/Classic style combines retro aesthetics and robust construction to equip a motorcycle with an old-school look without compromising on finish. Made from 4130 chromoly, a seamless tube with a thickness of 0.120" (≈3 mm), it provides a solid base for grips and controls.
- Compatibility: diam. 1" (1 inch), straight end with grooves and tapered inside, ready to accommodate certain Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) modules — remove the nylon cap on the throttle side to ensure TBW compatibility.
- Cable routing: machined slots at the ends and in the clamping area for clean internal cable routing, compatible with certain OEM and aftermarket cables (single or double).
- Construction: bent tubes on a mandrel for precise alignment and manageable ergonomics; TIG-welded mitered tube joints for a neat finish.
- Finish: reinforced nylon end cap injection-moulded on the throttle side for protection and fit; clean look suitable for vintage builds.
