Features

BILTWELL 1" Handlebar (manufacturer part number: 6007-2017)

Designed for vintage/classic style enthusiasts, this 1" handlebar by BILTWELL combines a sleek finish with robust construction. It embraces retro aesthetic codes while incorporating practical details for a neat fit on modern machines.

Construction: 4130 chromoly tube, seamless, with a thickness of 0.120" (≈3 mm) for reliable strength.
Bending: tubes bent on a mandrel to ensure precise alignment and consistent ergonomics.
Cable Routing: machined slots at the ends and in the clamping area for a clean internal cable passage.
TBW Cap: reinforced nylon cap injection-moulded at the throttle side end, compatible with certain OEM and aftermarket cables (single or double) — can be removed for Throttle-By-Wire compatibility.
Right Side End: grooved and tapered right end designed to fit the Harley Throttle-By-Wire module.
Welding: precision TIG welded tube joints with miter cuts.

This handlebar is aimed at riders looking for a retro character piece without sacrificing manufacturing quality. Before installation, check compatibility with your OEM or aftermarket controls and wiring.
