BILTWELL – 1" Handlebar (Manufacturer's reference: 6017-1057)
Handlebar designed for Vintage/Classic machines, combining understated aesthetics and meticulous craftsmanship. Made from chromoly 4130 seamless tubing with a wall thickness of 0.120" (≈3 mm), it focuses on durability and precise shaping. The tubes are bent in a mandrel to maintain the internal diameter and achieve a consistent curve, while the mitered joints are TIG welded for a clean finish.
- Diameter: 1" (25.4 mm).
- Wall: 0.120" (≈3 mm) in chromoly 4130.
- Cable routing: machined slots at the ends and in the clamping area for clean internal routing.
- Straight end: grooved and tapered inside, compatible with the Harley Throttle‑By‑Wire module.
- Reinforced nylon cap on the throttle side, injection molded — compatible with certain OEM and aftermarket cables (single or double). Remove the cap for TBW compatibility.
