1" handlebars by Biltwell, designed to provide a vintage/classic look without sacrificing finish. The main tube is made of seamless 4130 chromoly, with a thickness of 0.120" (3 mm), offering robust construction and a neat appearance. The tubes are bent using a mandrel for precise alignment and ergonomics tailored for the road, while the mitered joints are TIG welded for a clean and durable assembly.
- TBW Caps: injection-moulded reinforced nylon cap at the throttle side end, compatible with certain stock and aftermarket single or dual cables; remove for Throttle-By-Wire compatibility.
- Internal Cable Routing: machined slots at the ends and in the clamping area for neat and discreet cable routing.
- Grooved Straight End: tapered inside and designed to accommodate the Harley Throttle-By-Wire module when required.
- Finish and Mounting: mandrel-bent tubes, precise grooves and machining to facilitate the installation of grips, levers, and wiring.
A boldly styled handlebar, suitable for vintage/classic builds and riders who want a clean piece for their custom setup. Trade designation not disclosed by the manufacturer.
