Large diameter aluminium handlebar made from 6061 series designed for motocross, enduro, and supermoto practices. Its manufacturing combines bending and machining to achieve the geometry suitable for these uses.

Design and materials

• Manufactured from 6061 series aluminium providing a robust structure suitable for off-road conditions.
• Knurling on the left side preventing the grip cover from slipping for better handling while riding.
• Polished then black anodised with a baked decal for a visually uniform and durable finish.

Fit and cut

• Initial tube diameter of 28.6 mm allowing for the stretching and bending operations necessary for the final shape.
• Ends stretched to 22 mm, a standard dimension corresponding to grips and levers for direct mounting with these components.

• Motorcross, enduro, and supermoto styled handlebar designed to enhance control and manoeuvrability during aggressive riding.
• Bending performed at multiple points to provide optimised curvature and an adapted riding position.
