This part being universal, it may require adaptations
The RFX Pro F7 series tapered handlebars are designed and tested for use at the highest level.
The F7 tapered handlebars are made from 7075-T6 aluminium and feature an oversized tapered extension (OTE) that provides optimal strength and shock resistance, while the Engineered Flex Technology (EFT) and Progressive Damping Control (PDC) ensure optimal flexibility and reduce machine vibrations to combat rider fatigue.
The OTE is an extension of the oversized central section (28.6 mm). The increase in the oversized section beyond the last curve of the handlebar adds significant strength to the weakest part of any handlebar. Coupled with a constant wall thickness of 4 mm even outside the curves, the F7 tapered handlebar is one of the lightest and strongest on the market.
The EFT is designed to offer a bit of flexibility in the handlebars. The careful selection of an internal wall thickness of 4 mm in the elevation and tapering areas of the handlebars helps to reduce the effects of jolts during significant impacts, while providing the rider with maximum feel of the front end in corners.
The PDC is created using a thicker wall of 5 mm in the handlebar grip area, which has been calculated to balance and dampen the effects of handlebar vibrations. This principle is similar to handlebar weights used in sport bikes, but it is specifically designed and tested to accommodate the range of vibrations produced by modern high-performance 4-stroke motocross bikes.
