The IRC Pollici 10" heated covers are specifically designed for motorcycles equipped with 10-inch wheels, such as certain mini-motorcycles, pit bikes, or racing scooters. They allow for quick heating of the tyres to their ideal temperature before entering the track, thereby improving grip and stability from the very first laps.

Installation

• Position the heating cover around the motorcycle tyre.
• Adjust the fastening so that the cover is in good contact with the surface of the tyre.

Heating up

• Plug the cover into a suitable electrical socket.
• The thermostat automatically heats up to around 90 °C.

During heating

• Allow to heat for about 30 to 40 minutes to ensure an even temperature throughout the tyre.
• Check that the cover remains properly positioned around the tyre.

Before going on track

• Unplug the cover.
• Remove the cover from the tyre.
• Store the cover in a clean and dry place.

Between sessions

• Replace the covers on the tyres to maintain temperature and preserve the performance of the tyres.
