The IRC 10" Digital heated covers are designed for mini-motos, pit bikes, MiniGP, or competition scooters equipped with 10-inch wheels. They allow for quick heating of the tyres before a track session, improving grip and stability from the very first laps.

Thanks to their digital control unit, these covers enable precise temperature adjustment and monitoring of tyre heating. This system offers more accurate control than fixed-temperature models, making them particularly suitable for competitive use or intensive training.

• Adjustable temperature generally between 40 °C and 120 °C depending on the type of tyre and the rubber used.
• Integrated temperature sensors for precise heating control.
• Ability to programme the temperature rise and adjust the heating speed.

• Digital control unit allowing temperature adjustment and heating monitoring.
• A single control unit can manage both covers (front and rear).
• Display enabling easy control of temperature and heating parameters.

• Carbon fibre heating elements, more durable than traditional copper heating wires.
• Double heating element in a snake pattern for uniform heat distribution.
• Internal aluminised insulation to retain heat longer around the tyre and rim.

• Approximate power: 850 to 950 W depending on size.
• Power supply: 110 V or 220-240 V with standard European plug.

• Position the heating cover around the front or rear tyre.
• Adjust the fastening correctly so that the cover is in good contact with the tyre.

• Plug the covers into the power supply.
• Turn on the digital control unit.
• Set the desired temperature according to the tyres:
• 70-80 °C for maintenance or cold conditions.
• 80-90 °C for standard track use.
• 100-120 °C for competition tyres or harder compounds.

• Allow to heat for about 30 to 45 minutes so that the tyre temperature is uniform.
• Check on the digital screen that the target temperature has been reached.

• Turn off and unplug the covers.
• Remove the covers from the tyres.
• Store them in a clean, dry place.

• Replace the covers on the tyres to maintain temperature and preserve the performance of the compounds.
