The IRC Griglia heated covers are a model designed to offer performance and ease of use on the track. They allow the tyres to reach an ideal temperature before riding to optimise grip and stability right from the pit exit.

This model stands out with a fixed temperature heating system and a robust design, aimed at riders who want a reliable, easy-to-use, and effective solution for track sessions or competitions.

Heating temperature

• Fixed temperature: 90 °C, suitable for most track tyres.
• Stable and uniform heating thanks to double thermal insulation.

Design and technology

• Quick-disconnect power cable for easy installation and removal.

Materials and insulation

• Aluminised inner layer for excellent heat retention.

Installation

• Position the heating cover around the front or rear tyre.
• Adjust the cover properly so that it is in good contact with the tread.

Heating up

• Plug the cover into a suitable power supply.
• The cover automatically heats up to 90 °C thanks to the built-in thermostat.

During heating

• Allow to heat for about 30 to 40 minutes to achieve an even temperature in the tyre.
• Check that the cover remains properly positioned.

Before going on track

• Unplug the cover.
• Remove the cover from the tyre.
• Store the cover in a clean and dry place.

Between sessions

• Replace the covers on the tyres to maintain the optimal temperature of the rubber.
