IRC INTEGRALE - Size XL Universal Heated blanket - Black / WhiteRef : IRC0005

The IRC Integrale heated covers are devices designed to prepare and maintain motorcycle tyres at an optimal temperature before and between track sessions. They are particularly used in competition and training on circuits to maximise grip, stability, and performance from the very first corner.

These heated covers stand out due to advanced heating technology, precise temperature control, and robust construction, tailored to the demanding needs of sports and professional riders.

• Power: 1450W 110V/220V
• Interior and exterior made of cotton, double layer of insulation.
• Control via a screen on each cover,
• Temperature adjustment up to 120°C,
• Double Zone (IRC patent since 2012) for maximum uniformity,
• Overheating and duration temperature management,
• Delayed start
• 4-channel control board, adjustable from 40 to 120°C.

Heating and Control

• Electronically adjustable temperature: ability to select the desired temperature according to the type of tyre and rubber used.
• Digital display: allows for clear and precise real-time temperature reading.
• Fast and uniform temperature rise: even heat distribution around the tyre.

Construction and Durability

• High-quality insulating materials: better heat retention and protection against thermal variations.
• Reinforcement of sensitive areas: to withstand abrasion and repeated use.
• Robust control housing: suitable for track environments (vibrations, frequent handling).

Compatibility and Ergonomics

• Suitable for front and rear tyres: several sizes available to cover a wide range of wheel dimensions.
• Studied fastening and shape: ensure good contact with the tread and rim.

Safety and Reliability

• Integrated sensors: to prevent overheating and ensure controlled heating.
• Secure cables and connectors: suitable for intensive use.

The TriflexTM Heating Wire is easier to implement and does not require intermediate connections, resulting in:

• Better long-term resistance
• Increased lifespan
• More safety.

Installation

• Unroll the heating blanket and place it around the tyre (front or rear) so that the heating band is in good contact with the surface of the tyre.
• Secure the blanket using the provided fasteners (straps, Velcro, clips) to ensure an even wrap.

Connection and adjustment

• Connect the blanket to its power source (mains socket or suitable generator).
• Turn on the control unit.
• Set the desired temperature according to your rubber:
• Soft tyres: lower target temperature to avoid degrading the rubber.
• Hard tyres: slightly higher target temperature to achieve ideal grip.
• If available, activate the hold mode to maintain the temperature between sessions without overheating.

Heating up

• Allow to heat until the indicator shows the target temperature.
• Avoid touching the heating band or the tyre during heating to prevent burns.

Before going on track

• Turn off the blanket a few minutes before getting on the bike to ensure the tyre retains its heat.
• Remove the blanket and store it carefully.

Between sessions

• If you are doing multiple runs, simply put the blanket back on and activate the hold mode to keep the rubber ready.

Compatible with tyres:

• Front: 120/70/17
• Rear: 180/60/17 and 190/55/17 and 195/65/17 and 200/55/17 and 200/60/17
