The IRC Mini 6.5" heated covers are specially designed for mini-motorcycles, pocket bikes, and certain categories of MiniGP equipped with 6.5-inch wheels. They allow for preparing the tyres before going on track by quickly bringing them to their ideal temperature, thus improving grip and stability from the very first laps.

This model is developed to offer simplicity, reliability, and efficiency, with uniform heating and a robust construction suitable for regular use on track or in mini-moto competitions.

• Fixed temperature of approximately 90 °C to quickly bring the tyres to their optimal temperature.
• Uniform heating thanks to the arrangement of heating elements around the tyre.

• 12K carbon resistors sewn (not glued) for better durability and more efficient heating.
• Improved thermal efficiency of approximately 30% compared to traditional heating wires.
• Design allowing for rapid and uniform temperature rise, even at the closure areas.

• Durable nylon exterior.
• Insulating polyester interior to maintain heat around the tyre.
• Machine washable covers, making maintenance easier after track sessions.

• Approximate power: 850 W.
• Power supply: 110 V or 220 V.

• Position the heating cover around the mini-moto tyre.
• Properly adjust the fastening so that the cover is in good contact with the tyre.

• Plug the covers into a suitable power supply.
• The thermostat automatically heats up to around 90 °C.

• Allow to heat for about 30 to 40 minutes to achieve a uniform temperature in the tyre.
• Check that the cover remains properly positioned.

• Unplug the heating cover.
• Remove the cover from the tyre.
• Store the covers in a clean and dry place.

• Replace the covers on the tyres to maintain temperature and preserve the performance of the tyres.
