This model combines advanced digital technology, high-quality materials, and an efficient thermal management system, allowing for uniform and rapid heating of the tyres to ensure grip and performance right from the pit exit.

Precise temperature management

• Adjustable temperature from 40°C to 120°C depending on the type of tyre and rubber.
• 10 heating speeds allowing temperature rise to be adapted according to compounds (hard, medium or supersoft).

• Central digital control unit allowing easy programming and monitoring of temperature.

Design and performance

Installation

• Position the heating cover around the front or rear tyre.
• Ensure that the cover is well fitted and in contact with the tread.

Heating up

• Plug the covers into a suitable power supply.
• Turn on the central control unit.
• Set the desired temperature (usually 80 °C to 100 °C for the track).

During heating

• Allow the tyres to heat for about 30 to 45 minutes to reach a stable temperature.
• Monitor the parameters via the LCD screen.

Before going on track

• Turn off and remove the covers.
• Check that the tyre temperature is stable.
• Store the covers in a clean and dry place.

Between sessions

• Replace the covers on the tyres.
• Activate the maintenance mode to keep the optimal temperature without overheating.
