The IRC Rise heated covers are designed as a simple, reliable, and accessible solution for riders who are new to the track or looking for efficient and easy-to-use equipment. Their streamlined design ensures uniform heating of the tyres while maintaining an excellent performance-to-price ratio.

Thanks to their self-regulating heating system and thermal insulation, they allow for quick heating of the tyres to their ideal temperature, improving grip and stability right from the pit exit.

Heating temperature

• Fixed temperature of approximately 80 °C, ideal for most track tyres.
• Self-regulating thermostat to maintain the optimal tyre temperature.
• Even heat distribution thanks to the arrangement of heating elements around the tyre.

Design and technology

• Carbon heating cables, more durable and reliable than traditional copper wires.
• Simple design for quick and intuitive use.
• Product tested at the end of production to ensure its reliability.

Materials and insulation

• Nylon exterior and polyester interior, durable and insulating materials.
• Thermal insulation effectively retains heat around the tyre and rim.
• Elastic mini-skirt to enhance rim insulation and facilitate installation.

• Position the heating cover around the front or rear tyre.
• Adjust the elastic properly so that the cover is in good contact with the tyre and the rim.

• Plug the cover into a suitable electrical socket.
• The system automatically heats up to 80 °C thanks to the built-in thermostat.

• Allow to heat for about 30 to 40 minutes so that the tyre temperature is uniform.
• Check that the cover is properly positioned around the tyre.

• Unplug the heating cover.
• Remove the cover from the tyre.
• Store the cover in a clean, dry place.

• Put the covers back on the tyres to maintain the temperature and preserve the performance of the tyres.
