The Squadra heated blankets from IRC Components are designed to meet the demands of competitive riders and teams seeking precision, reliability, and ease of use on the track.

This model combines advanced heating technology and ergonomics, allowing tyres to be prepared to the ideal temperature before each session and to maintain their performance between runs. Their robust design and digital control ensure a uniform and stable temperature rise, essential for guaranteeing grip and safety from the moment they leave the pits.

Advanced Temperature Management

• Adjustable temperature from 40 °C to 120 °C to suit different types of tyres and compounds.
• Variable heating speed depending on the compounds (hard or supersoft).

Design and Durability

Installation

• Position the cover around the front or rear tyre.
• Secure the fastenings properly so that the cover is in good contact with the tyre surface.

Heating

• Plug the cover into a suitable power supply.
• Switch on the digital control unit.
• Set the desired temperature (usually between 80 °C and 100 °C for a track tyre).

During heating

• Allow the covers to heat for 30 to 45 minutes to reach a stable temperature.
• Check on the screen that the target temperature is reached.

Before going on track

• Turn off and remove the covers.
• Use the Fast Off function for quick removal if necessary.
• Store the covers away from the riding area.

Between sessions

• Replace the covers and use the maintain mode to keep the tyres at the ideal temperature.
