The IRC Veloce heating blankets are designed for riders and teams seeking simplicity, speed, and efficiency on the track. This model has been developed to allow for rapid heating of tyres with a very intuitive use, thanks to a fixed temperature heating system and a design focused on quick intervention in the pits.

Inspired by the needs of competition teams, the Veloce also incorporates Fast Off Technology, which allows for the blanket to be removed very quickly with a single motion to save time before heading out on track.

Heating temperature

• Fixed temperature: 90 °C suitable for most track tyres.
• Stable and uniform heating thanks to optimised thermal insulation.

Technology and design

• Quick disconnect power cable for easy installation and removal.

Materials and insulation

• Cordura fabric with Kevlar reinforcement for high resistance and durability.
• Aluminised inner layer for better heat retention around the tyre.
• High-performance insulation suitable for intensive professional use.

Installation

• Position the heating blanket around the front or rear tyre.
• Ensure that the blanket is properly fitted to ensure uniform contact with the tyre.

Heating Up

• Plug the blanket into a suitable power supply.
• The blanket automatically heats up to a fixed temperature of 90 °C.

During Heating

• Allow to heat for about 30 to 40 minutes to achieve a uniform temperature in the tyre.
• Check that the blanket is securely in place during the heating process.

Before Going on Track

• Unplug the blanket.
• Quickly remove the blanket using the Fast Off system.
• Store the blanket in a clean and dry place.

Between Sessions

• Replace the blankets on the tyres to maintain temperature and preserve the performance of the tyres.
