HIGHSIDER presents its CB1 control unit for daytime running lights:

This ensures the correct switching between the daytime running light and the vehicle's main headlight. Regulations stipulate that the connection of the daytime running light must be made in such a way that turning it on turns off the headlight. Since the headlight is always on in vehicles without a lighting switch, the daytime running light function would not be usable correctly. This CE-approved unit, suitable for standard and LED headlights, is installed between the vehicle's electrical system and the headlight with the integrated or separate daytime running light. The parking light function, switched via the ignition key, is always operational.
