Features

Valve Black Diamond™ by Kibblewhite — manufacturer reference 30-30750. Designed for quads and demanding engines, this Black Diamond™ intake valve is CNC machined from a monoblock forging of EV8 stainless steel to combine lightness and strength. The tulip profiles have been developed and validated through finite element analysis (F.E.A.) and then optimised on a computerised flow bench to ensure smooth behaviour through the intake chamber.

Manufacturing: Monoblock forged EV8 stainless steel, CNC machining
Surface treatment: special German process — treatment at .002 depth with a .0002 surface layer
Stem: black Nitroneg coating

Ideal for off-road use and light competition, this valve provides a technical finish and superior wear resistance without compromising machining precision. Compatible with models such as the HONDA TRX 450 R Sportrax (2004-2005). Product intended for engine preparations and high-quality replacements.
