Valve Black Diamond™ by KibbleWhite (manufacturer part number: 96-96004): CNC machined intake valve designed for off-road engines (enduro, motocross, quad). Made from forged EV8 stainless steel, it combines lightness and strength to withstand the engine stresses of competition and leisure machines.

• Design: forged monobloc then CNC machined with optimised profiles; finite element analysis (F.E.A.) calculations to control geometry and mechanical performance.
• Surface treatment: special German process applied to .002 depth, with a surface layer of .0002, aimed at improving wear resistance and reducing friction compared to traditional finishes.
• Stem: black nitride coating for better protection and sliding in the guides.
• Mechanical characteristics: tulip angle 20°, head diameter 35.00 mm (1.378"). Specifically designed for intake.
• Quality control: profiles tested on a computerised flow bench to verify the aerodynamic behaviour of the valves.
• Origin: made in the USA.
