Valve Black Diamond™ – KIBBLEWHITE (ref 30-30630)

The Black Diamond™ Kibblewhite valve is an intake part designed for off-road displacements. CNC machined from a monobloc forging in EV8 stainless steel, it combines lightness and robustness to withstand the high revs typical of enduro and motocross. The tulip profiles are designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) and validated on a computerised flow bench to optimise the breathing of the combustion chamber without structural compromise.

• Surface treatment: German process at 0.002" depth with a layer of 0.0002" — improves wear resistance and reduces friction compared to chrome or electrolytic nickel plating treatments

Designed for demanding setups and off-road motorcycles, this valve is aimed at riders who want reliable and precise engine components for rev cutting and sharp throttle response. Compatible with many Honda CRF 250 models (e.g. CRF 250 R / X).

Note: Requires the use of the Kibblewhite spring kit.
