Designed for demanding vintage and road engines, the Black Diamond™ valve is a one-piece stainless steel valve with a Stellite tip, treated with a special nitriding process for superior wear resistance. Its surface treatment (nitriding depth of 0.002" and surface layer of 0.0002") aims to reduce friction and improve corrosion resistance compared to traditional coatings such as hard chrome or electroplating.
