• Can I use my device in the rain?

Yes. All Cardo devices are waterproof, allowing you to ride in the rain while enjoying high-quality communication.

• How long does it take to charge my device?

Your device supports fast charging. You get up to 2 hours of talk time after just 20 minutes of charging. A full charge takes up to 2 hours.

• How can I extend my battery life?

Your Cardo device has a charging function while riding. You can plug it into an external battery or your motorcycle's power supply and continue using it.

• Can I replace the battery in my device?

No – do not attempt to disassemble or replace the battery yourself. This could compromise the device's waterproofing.

If your device does not hold a charge, leave it plugged in for at least 4 consecutive hours. Then try another wall charger and USB cable. If the problem persists, contact support.

• How can I prolong battery life?

Do not leave your device unused for more than 3 months without recharging it. Recharge it at least once every 3 months for 4 hours.

• Which mobile app should I download?

Download the Cardo Connect app to set up your device, control it remotely, and perform software updates.

• Is the SPIRIT range compatible with other Cardo devices?

Yes. SPIRIT devices connect to all Cardo devices via universal Bluetooth. Use standard pairing for Freecom+ and Packtalk. For G and Q models, first activate phone pairing mode.

• How do I pair a non-Cardo headset?

1. Start intercom pairing on your device.

2. Start phone pairing on the other device.

3. Wait for pairing to complete.

• Can I listen to music and use the intercom at the same time?

Yes. Music and intercom can operate simultaneously. The music volume automatically decreases during intercom communications.

• Why is the intercom range not maximum?

The indicated range corresponds to optimal conditions. In practice, it can be reduced by obstacles (buildings, trees, terrain) or radio interference.

• Are there limitations for music sharing?

Music sharing is only possible between devices of the same generation.

• Can I use my own headphones or speakers?

Yes. You can connect your own headphones or speakers via the 3.5 mm jack.

• Do I need a smartphone to use my device?

No. Basic functions like intercom and FM radio work without a smartphone.

With a smartphone, you can listen to music, make calls, and manage settings via the app.

• How can I improve sound quality?

The best sound quality is achieved when the speakers are positioned directly in front of the ear canal.

Adjust their position and use the provided pads if necessary. You can also choose your audio profile in the Cardo Connect app.

• Can it connect to other Bluetooth intercoms?

Yes. Cardo systems support universal connectivity and can be paired with other Bluetooth systems.
