KEIHIN Idle Jet 35 (manufacturer part number N424-21035) — a simple yet essential component for carburetor tuning. Designed by KEIHIN, this 35 caliber idle jet is aimed at riders who are keen on precise maintenance of their carburetors and faithful replication of original settings.
Reference: N424-21035
Brand: KEIHIN
Designation: Idle Jet 35
Category: Jet
The idle jet plays a key role in fuel delivery at low RPMs: it regulates the small flow necessary for starting, idling, and throttle transitions. Replacing or adjusting this jet is part of routine operations during carburetor cleaning, jet changes, or fine-tuning the air/fuel mixture. Easy to install, it can be extracted and replaced when accessing the idle circuits of the carb.
This product is intended for maintenance and optimization interventions: ensure clean disassembly, check other components (needle, seat, filter), and tighten/moderate according to carburetor specifications. For reliable operation, always use a jet suitable for your carburetor model and keep the manufacturer’s reference for guidance.
