D7 DialDim Lighting Kit by Denali

Additional LED lighting kit designed to enhance visibility on roads and trails with D7 lights and the DialDim controller. Waterproof components and active thermal management ensure durability in wet conditions. The system includes a programmable controller and a plug-and-play adapter for easy installation on compatible models.

Design and Materials

• DrySeal™ waterproof housings and controls with Impact PC™ covers for reliable protection against immersion and impacts.
• Robust heat sink and LiveActive™ thermal management to maintain luminous performance and LED lifespan.
• Black anodised machined aluminium body with an octagonal internal profile and rotating tablet for stable mounting and precise angle adjustment.

Usage and Performance

• Raw luminous output of 7,665 lm for the pair, providing a significant visibility boost in low-light conditions.
• Long-range spot beam reaching 365 m at 1 lux and a width of 38 m to spot obstacles from a distance.
• Rated consumption of 5 A, useful for checking compatibility with the vehicle's electrical system and sizing the wiring.

• DialDim™ controller offering independent on/off and dimming for two sets of lights to adapt the lighting to the situation.
• Switch with LED halo providing immediate visual feedback on the adjustment level.
• Smart functions (high beam sync, stealth mode, synchronized turn signal off, flashing strobe, horn strobe) for tailored management in traffic.
• Circuits protected by electronic fuses, battery voltage indicator, and low voltage cut-off at 10.8 V to preserve the battery and installation.
