Our advice:

Alpinestars sizes small, we recommend taking 1 size up from your usual size.
Once on the bike, the sensations are there: the foot is well supported and the flexibility gives the impression of just wearing trainers while ensuring maximum feel.
The thin sole grips the ground well while guaranteeing comfort and flexibility.
