Rinehart Racing Baffle – manufacturer ref. 100-0185

Replacement baffle designed for Rinehart MotoPro45 slip-on mufflers (4" and 4.5") fitted to Milwaukee-Eight Harley-Davidson Touring models from 2017 onwards. This polished stainless steel core of 63.5 mm (2.5") combines a perforated spiral and a silver finish to redefine the tone of your exhaust without heavy modifications.

Material: stainless steel — corrosion resistance for extended road use.
Diameter: 63.5 mm (2.5") — suitable for Rinehart MotoPro45 4" and 4.5" mufflers.
Function: perforated spiral baffle that enhances the sound character of the exhaust while preserving engine response.
Installation: direct replacement of original baffles, supplied with all necessary hardware; no mapping required.
Style: replacement — raw silver finish, vintage/classic look compatible with the Touring universe.

Ideal for riders who want a more pronounced sound and preserved engine behaviour without aesthetic compromise. Simple installation, reduced maintenance: a practical accessory to add character to your Rinehart exhaust.
