Our opinion:

Leatt cervical braces are tested and proven to help reduce neck forces and thus your risk of serious neck injury by up to 45%.

Designed to fit comfortably for all riders, the chassis is fully adjustable while the structure remains very rigid during a crash. It features a collarbone cutout designed to help keep your helmet and brace away from your most vulnerable bones in the event of an accident.
