Features

This knee brace offers optimal structural integrity, rigidity and comfort, reducing the risk of injury to the medial and lateral collateral ligament, the anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, and the lateral and medial meniscus.
Replaceable knee shells are made with a polyurethane outer shell lined with Nucleon PLASMA protection for an optimum blend of flexibility, scratch resistance and impact protection.
Strategically positioned, replaceable upper and lower patella extensions ensure maximum coverage at any angle of flexion or extension.
The extremely stable, slim four-point articulation system follows the knee joint perfectly, while the extension stops, available in a range from 0 to 30 degrees, help to set the knee brace at the maximum desired opening angle.
The stainless steel bushes of the four-point articulation system are treated against oxidation.
Nucleon PLASMA is a viscoelastic material made from bio-based polymers and shaped to form a structure that is flexible in all directions, while retaining the ability to dissipate impact energy. Lightweight and perfectly ventilated, the knee protector disperses and absorbs the force of impact while guaranteeing maximum coverage whatever the riding position.

Materials

Nucleon PLASMA knee protection is made from a USDA-certified impact-absorbing material that is both durable and environmentally friendly.
The soft-touch thermoformed padding ensures maximum comfort for the rider, while keeping the kneepad securely in place. Replaceable as spare part.
The soft-touch thermoformed condyle padding is available in different thicknesses for a customised fit. Replaceable as spare part.
Nucleon PLASMA integrated into the shin padding for extra protection.
Equipped with padded cross straps supported by a material designed not to slip to ensure that the rigid kneepad remains securely in position while riding.
The crossed straps are contoured to avoid pinching the back of the knee when fully folded.
The high-tensile buckles are strong yet flexible for easy attachment and greater adaptability.
The top and bottom buckles are easily locked in the closed position by a keyhole click system.
Easily interchangeable extension stops (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 degrees). Replaceable (as spare parts).

The CE-certified RK-7 PLASMA Level 1 knee brace offers optimal structural integrity, rigidity and comfort, reducing the risk of injury to the medial and lateral collateral ligament, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, and lateral and medial meniscus.
Constructed with a polyurethane outer shell, the replaceable knee pads are backed by a Nucleon PLASMA protector for the optimum combination of impact protection, flexibility and scratch resistance.
Under European legislation, CE marking is a conformity requirement for marketing this product. The following standards apply:
