Features

Developed with feedback from professional MX riders, this carbon fibre frame is designed to offer an optimum balance of flexibility and stiffness to provide premium rider comfort and support while reducing the risk of injury to the medial and lateral collateral ligament, the anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, and the lateral and medial meniscus.
The geometry of this frame has been meticulously studied using countless 3D scans of professional athletes to ensure optimum internal volume and precise hinge width for maximum comfort in use.
The ends of the upper and lower frames feature an innovative soft and flexible construction with a gentle transition to prevent the hard edges of the carbon fibre frame coming into direct contact with the skin.
Replaceable knee shells are made with a polyurethane outer shell lined with Nucleon PLASMA protection for an optimum blend of flexibility, scratch resistance and impact protection.
Strategically positioned extensions for the upper and lower patella ensure maximum coverage whatever the angle of flexion or extension.
The extremely stable, slim four-point articulation system follows the knee joint perfectly, while the extension stops, available in a range from 0 to 30 degrees, help to set the knee brace at the maximum desired opening angle.
Replaceable hinge covers ensure a smooth transition between the hinges and the frame, eliminating any construction steps and avoiding any risk of snagging components.
Nucleon PLASMA is a viscoelastic material made from bio-based polymers and shaped to form a structure that is flexible in all directions, while retaining the ability to dissipate impact energy. Lightweight and perfectly ventilated, this knee protector disperses and absorbs impact force while providing maximum coverage in all riding positions.

Materials

Made with a carbon frame, the PLASMA RK-10 rigid knee brace has been designed to offer motorcyclists maximum knee support.
The RK-10 features a floating Nucleon PLASMA knee protector in an innovative asymmetric forged carbon fibre structure for maximum rigidity and reduced weight, providing motorcyclists with an ultra-light, ultra-breathable, ultra-comfortable rigid knee protector with maximum protection.
Made from USDA-certified, sustainable and environmentally-friendly impact-absorbing material.
The neoprene padding, which is pleasant to the touch and designed to stay in place, ensures maximum comfort for the rider while keeping the knee pad firmly in place. Replaceable as spare part.
The soft neoprene padding in the condyle area also prevents the rigid knee pad from slipping, and is available in different thicknesses for a customised fit. Replaceable as spare part.
The crossed straps are contoured to avoid pinching the back of the knee when fully folded.
Nucleon PLASMA integrated into the shin padding for extra protection.
Non-stick padding on upper and lower patella to prevent rubbing.
The high-tensile buckles are strong yet flexible for easy attachment and greater adaptability.
The central knee buckles are fitted inside the frames to prevent contact with the motorbike.
