ESJOT Sprocket 520 – Manufacturer ref. 50-32155-16S

Designed for demanding riders, this ESJOT front sprocket made of 16MnCr5 steel is aimed at trails/adventure bikes and roadsters seeking reliability and durability in their transmission. With 16 teeth and a pitch of 520, it provides a precise fit with standard chains and is suitable for both road and off-road conditions.

• Position: Front (countershaft)
• Number of teeth: 16
• Pitch: 520
• Material: 16MnCr5 steel, hardened
• Colour: Natural
• Manufacturing: CNC machining and precision broaching in Germany

The sprocket benefits from CNC automatic lathe machining and state-of-the-art broaching machines for low concentricity and axial runout tolerances (less than 0.1 mm as per specification). Lightening holes and additional fastening reduce mass without compromising the shaft interface, while the precise tooth profile contributes to controlled chain wear.

Main compatibilities: HONDA XL 750 Transalp (2024–2025) and HONDA CB 750 Hornet (2023). Manufacturer reference: 50-32155-16S. A robust choice to maintain your motorcycle's transmission and hit the road with confidence.
