Steel Output Sprocket - 520 11 Teeth by RFX

Output sprocket designed for off-road use, machined from high-strength steel. CNC manufacturing and carburising to 60 Rockwell to minimise wear during use. Engineered to ensure precise chain engagement during replacement.

Design and Materials

• CNC machining with tight tolerances for a precise tooth profile and consistent chain engagement.
• Carburised alloy steel refined to the core to enhance wear resistance and extend service life.
• Lightening holes present on certain models to reduce the weight of the part without compromising strength.

Practicality and Features

• Designed for 520 transmissions, offering mechanical compatibility with common chains in the category.
• Machined finish facilitating installation and alignment during output sprocket replacement.

Usage and Performance

• Carburising to 60 Rockwell providing better abrasion resistance in off-road use.
• Core-refined steel to maintain tooth geometry longer and limit premature wear.

Advantages

• OEM Reference FXFS 90-11 55ST
• Suitable for Trial, Enduro, and Motocross applications for versatile off-road use
