Features

The PROX forged piston (Manufacturer Ref. 01.1417.A) is designed for motocross and enduro riders looking for a reliable replacement part that matches the original equipment. Machined from an aluminium alloy and produced by forging, it offers a robust design suitable for the demands of high revs and off-road conditions.

Diameter: Ø 95.96 mm (oversize letter: A)
Compression: standard 13.5:1
Material: forged aluminium
Number of segments: segment kit included
Designed for a reconditioning equivalent to the original equipment

This piston is suitable for engine preparations requiring a piston replacement within tolerance A. Its forged construction limits surface irregularities and provides good mechanical durability over time, which are important factors for reliability in off-road use. Ideal for refurbishing 450 cm3 engines, it is particularly compatible with HONDA CRF 450 R, RWE, and RX ENDURO models (2026 vintage).

Always replace while respecting manufacturer tolerances and carry out cylinder/clearance adjustments to ensure a safe and durable installation.
