Features

Replace your piston with a reliable component designed for off-road use: the PROX Forged Piston (manufacturer part number 01.3406.C). Designed for the listed 450 cc engines, this machined aluminum piston fits into cylinders with a +0.02 mm oversize and complies with the repair size indicated by the letter C.

Diameter: Ø 95.480 mm (Ø 95.48)
Oversize: +0.02 (letter C)

This forged piston is intended for quads and fits the following models: SUZUKI LT-R 450 QUADRACER SPECIAL EDITION 2WD (2011), SUZUKI LT-R 450 QUADRACER 2WD (2011), and SUZUKI LT-A 450 KINGQUAD AXI 4WD (2010). Before installation, check the cylinder bore, piston/cylinder clearance, and the condition of the connecting rod to ensure a proper fit and optimal longevity.

Practical points: plan for the replacement ring 260287 and the top-end gasket kit 603455 for a complete reassembly. Installation and break-in according to the manufacturer's recommendations are advised. Ideal replacement part for a rebuild in oversize C.
