Features

VERTEX Piston designed for the YFZ350 Banshee, manufacturer reference 22568075. Intended for engine refurbishment operations on quads, this aluminum piston corresponds to an oversize +0.75 mm (letter 075) and matches the bore diameter specified for YFZ350 models.

Bore diameter: 64.75 mm
Piston diameter: Ø 64.750 mm
Diameter Ø (additional measurement): 64.70 mm
Oversize letter: 075 (oversize +0.75 mm)
Material: aluminum
Segments: supplied as a kit

This Vertex piston is aimed at riders and tuners who are replacing a worn part or going to oversize during a re-bore. Compatible with YAMAHA YFZ 350 BANSHEE 2WD (2009 to 2011, 350 cm3), it retains the necessary dimensions for proper installation in this engine family. The delivery includes the segment kit to ensure cylinder/piston sealing during reassembly.

Before installation, check the condition of the sleeve, the fit between bore/piston, and the manufacturer's tolerances. In case of doubt, entrust the installation to a specialized workshop to ensure proper break-in and control of the piston-segment clearance.
