Features

VERTEX Cast Piston designed for off-road machines and specifically for motocross models. Made from high-quality aluminum and produced through the VERTEX manufacturing process, this cast piston offers a machined finish and tolerances suited to the requirements of 250 cm3 displacements. Ideal for teams and riders looking for a reliable thermal component that meets original standards.

Piston diameter: Ø 66.33 mm
Recommended bore diameter: 66.40 mm
Oversize: Letter A (oversize)
Compression: standard

The VERTEX 24616A piston is designed to withstand thermal cycles and high revs typical of motocross. Its design promotes even contact within the cylinder and controlled wear of the skirt. When installed with the appropriate clips and rings, it forms the foundation for a serious engine rebuild after reboring.

Common applications: 250 cm3 motocross machines — compatible notably with TM RACING MX 250 FI ES (2025), TM RACING MX 250 ES (2025), and TM RACING EN 250 2T FI ES CORSE (2025). Manufacturer reference: 24616A.
