Features

Designed for overhauls and high-performance preparations of small displacement Cross bikes, the VERTEX cast piston (manufacturer reference 24212A) offers a reliable solution for replacement on 85 cm3. Made from aluminium and precisely machined, it adheres to the original specifications while featuring an oversize A to compensate for wear on the cylinder.

VERTEX is a reference in thermal equipment and supplies numerous competitive teams as well as manufacturers for original equipment. This piston is treated and machined according to the brand's processes to ensure a geometry suitable for installation in a high-performance cross engine: clearance control under the head, concentricity, and skirt finish to minimise the risk of seizure.

Compatible with several modern 85 cm3 models (e.g. KTM 85 SX STD, HUSQVARNA TC 85 STD, GAS GAS MC 85), always check the reference and bore size before installation. Replace pins and circlips if necessary and follow the manufacturer's break-in procedure after reassembly.
