Designed for the refurbishment and high-performance preparations of small displacement Cross bikes, the VERTEX cast piston (manufacturer reference 24212A) offers a reliable solution for replacement on 85 cc. Made from aluminum and precisely machined, it adheres to the original dimensions while featuring the overbore A to compensate for cylinder wear.

VERTEX is a reference in thermal equipment and supplies many competitive teams as well as manufacturers for original equipment. This piston is treated and machined according to the brand's processes to ensure a geometry suitable for installation in a high-performance cross engine: head clearance control, concentricity, and skirt finish to minimize the risk of seizure.

Compatible with several modern 85 cc models (e.g., KTM 85 SX STD, HUSQVARNA TC 85 STD, GAS GAS MC 85), always check the reference and bore size before installation. Replace pins and circlips if necessary and follow the manufacturer's break-in procedure after reassembly.
