VERTEX Cast Piston (manufacturer ref. 23430AB)

Designed for 65 cc motocross bikes, this VERTEX cast piston is a reliable wear part for the reconstruction of your top-end. Machined from aluminium, it adheres to original dimensions while offering the "A" oversize to fit a re-bored cylinder. Ideal for engine refurbishment operations on lightweight competition machines.

Compatible with recent 65 cc models, including KTM 65 SX (2025), HUSQVARNA TC 65 (2025), and GAS GAS MC 65 (2025). Before installation, check the piston/cylinder clearances and follow the manufacturer's recommendations for bedding in and pin tightening. The piston should be fitted with the appropriate thickness components and tolerances to ensure optimal lifespan.
